Do I have to buy a package?
No - purchase only the images you love, and get them as digital files, prints or canvases.
Does the B&W count as a separate image if i’m purchasing them individually?
Yes. Each tile in your gallery is a separate image. Use the ‘BUY ALL PHOTOS IN ALBUM’ button for the best value!
Does every gallery have the same number of photos?
Every child is unique and I put ALL the good shots in your gallery. The very limited time I have with each child for school photos means that some children won’t get a chance to ‘warm up’ in front of the camera. When you book a family session, we have so much more time to work together!
Are any other sizes of canvas available? What about metal prints, or wood wall art?

Will the watermark go away after purchase?
Yes!
Why can’t I see all my photos in the cart when I clicked on the ‘Buy all photos in album’ button?
They’re there. The proofing company assures me they’re going to provide this feature soon. Please reach out to me if your order is not what you clicked on.
I’m happy for my child’s photo to be included in studio marketing. Will there be any identifiers?
School logos will be removed for security purposes. If you’d like to opt out of the model release, please email me with your and your child’s names at jpowell@rocklandstudiosphoto.com or text me at 203-980-3173.
How will I view my child’s images?
Within 3 weeks of Photo Day you will receive an email with a link to your gallery. Each gallery will be password protected, and will have your child’s images for you to select for purchase.
How does ordering work?
Families can order directly from the online gallery. Prints, digital files, and other products are available à la carte. There are no pre-purchased packages or bundles, so you only buy what you truly love.
When will I receive my portraits?
Digital files are delivered instantly via email as soon as you complete your purchase. Print orders will be delivered directly to the school within three weeks of the gallery closing, and sent home with students.
